We offer our clients FREE unlimited usage of our 220 Million phone number database. This includes over 14 Million businesses, and typically saves our advertisers anywhere from 2 to 10 cents per call!

Intuitive Call Limitation
Whether you broadcast 100 or 100,000 calls, handling the incoming call traffic in your call center efficiently is of paramount importance. Our system is intuitive and will continue to broadcast your campaign at full volume until you have reached a specified limit of maximum calls in progress. Once maximum calls in progress has been reached your broadcast will temporarily be put on hold until another line is free to take incoming calls. GigaVoice Intuitive Call Limitation ensures that you will receive the maximum benefits your broadcast campaign can possibly produce.

Immediate Contact Capture
As soon as a potential customer presses a key on their telephone indicating interest in your campaign, an email is queued containing all of the customer's pertinent contact information for follow-up. The email is then immediately sent to you upon completion of the call.

Call Transfer
GigaVoice will transfer your calls anywhere in the ____________(geographic area) within seconds. (Due to call routing techniques, the transfer number may not be a toll-free number).

Call Recording
All calls transferred to your call center will be recorded and temporarily archived. Audio or text transcripts can then be used to audit your staff or agents to be sure they are executing their positions effectively and efficiently.

Remote Call Transfer
Log-in to your GigaVoice Account via the Web at any time to change the phone number to which we transfer your calls. Use this feature to keep your campaign running and effective regardless of location.
